Combining a deep respect for authentic Moroccan hospitality with data-driven strategies, Yassir has expanded Locanda’s portfolio to 12 boutique riads, each reflecting its neighborhood’s culture through curated design, art, and experiences. Renowned for mentoring high-performing teams and crafting bespoke guest journeys—from personalized local partnerships to innovative service programs—he ensures every property operates seamlessly, profitably, and with a warm, memorable touch.
Nina Yaina is a dynamic business leader with over a decade of international hospitality experience, expertly overseeing day-to-day operations, financial planning, and performance metrics to ensure each Locanda riad meets its revenue, occupancy, and quality goals. As Brand Director, she defines our visual language, narrative tone, and market positioning, collaborating with design partners to blend traditional Moroccan craftsmanship and contemporary comfort in every interior.
